Elmina stands on the foundation of vibrant West African flavors, meticulously crafted to bring a fresh perspective on classic dishes. Set to take over what was once the site of Seven Reasons, Elmina will serve as a bridge between innovative cooking and traditional West African culinary roots. Guests can look forward to experiencing inventive versions of beloved classics, such as grilled tempura paired with signature West African broths, in a setting that pays homage to traditional dining customs.
